The goal of this course is to empower you with a foundational understanding of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) and highlight its relevance to the mission, vision, and values of U.S. Figure Skating. 

By the end of the course, you should be able to recognize and apply DEI principles in real-world contexts and contribute to fostering an inclusive and equitable environment within U.S. Figure Skating. 

Specifically, you will be able to:

Define DEI and its core principles.

Understand the motivations behind our commitment to DEI.

Apply DEI principles as both an organization and as individual members.
