Please note the following before you begin:

• Plan for 2-4 hours to complete the course.
• You can pause and continue the course until you reach the assessment.
• Once you begin the assessment, you must complete it to earn a score.
• Expect 25 questions on the assessment.
• You can retake the course as many times as you need until you score 80%.
• Make sure to download the guidebook as soon as you enter the course.
• Once you pass, download your certificate in Members Only and join Coach ICE.
